Shipping Information:

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
• Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options for both domestic and international orders.
• Canada & Continental USA: Shipping fees are already included in the total price.
• International: Shipping Costs are Calculated at Check-Out Page.
• Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your shipment's progress.

Canada & US Continental Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.

International Shipping:

• Art Prints: Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-21 business days
• Sculptures: Estimated delivery within 7-14 Business days to Canada and the US. We do not ship outside Canada and the US.

Returns & Exchanges:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@micasadelarte.com
• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact our customer service team at sales@micasadelarte.com to obtain an address to which you can send your return.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the print and packaging.
• Micas Delarte is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

(Outside Canada and the USA) MICASA DELARTE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
