How long does shipping take?

Please note that shipping times are approximate and depend on your location and local postal office. Once the package reaches your country, it is the responsibility of your local postal office to deliver it to you.

How do I track my order?

Can I change or cancel my order?

  • Art Prints: All orders are custom prints, and not mass-produced products ready for resale. If you wish to cancel an order, it can be done within 48 hours of placing the order, free of charge. However, if production has already commenced, a fee that amounts to 50% of the order's value will be charged. This is to cover the cost of the materials that have been used and to ensure that they are recycled appropriately from our warehouse.
  • Sculptures: You can cancel your order free of charge within 48 hours of purchase. If the item has already been shipped, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the item, a refund will be issued.

Do you ship internationally?

Worldwide any prints can be shipped into a strong tube. It includes Paper prints and Canvas roll prints. For any other Framed products, Stretched canvas and Suclptures we only ship to Canada and USA.

I want to send the print to a friend or a customer, do you ship your products with an invoice?

No, all shipment we send do not have any invoice or value on the box.

Where do you ship from?

Micasa Delarte has a contract with a printing provider based in Montreal. they also have logistic facilities within New York state. Orders shipped to Canadian customers are shipped from Montreal, and to US customers from New York state. No importation fees or any local tax for US customers.
